Movement is medicine—and one of the most powerful ways to support long-term health, strength, and vitality. That’s why I offer weekly fitness classes at SoulCare Studios: Circuit Training every Monday at 9:15 AM and Strength Training with Dumbbells every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:15 AM.
I created these classes as a service to our community, especially for individuals who want to lift weights but feel uncertain, intimidated, or unsure where to begin. Many people know strength training is essential, but they’re not confident about proper form, how much to lift, how often to train, or how to exercise safely. My goal is to change that.
As a chiropractor, I teach with a deep understanding of biomechanics, functional movement, and injury prevention. I blend this clinical knowledge with my lifelong athleticism and years of martial arts training to create classes that are accessible, supportive, and empowering. Every session focuses on building confidence, improving technique, and helping each participant discover their own strength—physically and mentally.
