Dr. Michelle Bean recently led an engaging Anti-Inflammatory Food Plan/Lifestyle workshop focused on helping participants build sustainable, nourishing eating habits. Attendees learned how to plan and prepare whole, nutrient-rich meals that support energy, reduce inflammation, and make healthy eating simple and enjoyable.
The workshop also included optional additions such as a liver cleanse, detox protocol, and metabolic reset. It was a warm, community-centered experience that left participants feeling inspired and empowered to support their health through mindful nutrition.
